海と森と、絵皿の呼吸 〜 作家モエパリさんの作品がつないだ誕生日の夜 〜 The Breath of the Sea and the Forest – A Birthday Night Connected by Artist Moe Paris’s Work
GINZA SIXで出会った作家モエパリさんの絵皿が、「大瀬崎みらいにつなぐ債」投資家ご夫妻のディナーで、新たな命を宿しました。西浦みかんのオレンジ、駿河湾の青、伊豆の山の茶を思わせる彩りに、梶原料理長は伊豆鹿のタタキや深海魚メヒカリを重ね、自然とアートが響き合う一夜に。
その体験は、人と自然の関係性を再設計するネイチャーインの哲学『共感を起点に構造を変える力』を象徴するものでした。
ロゴを手がけたpunto a punto小山佐和子さんの一筆の線にも、その想いが静かに息づいています。
At GINZA SIX, we encountered the artwork of Moe Paris, whose hand-painted plate found new life during a dinner celebrating the investors of the “Osezaki Mirai Green Bond.”
Inspired by the vivid colors—orange of Nishiura mandarins, blue of Suruga Bay, and brown of the Izu mountains—Chef Kajiwara created a dish combining Izu venison, deep-sea fish mehikari, and sweet-potato crisps, turning the evening into a harmony of nature and art.
This experience embodied Nature Inn Osekan’s philosophy: “the power to reshape structures through empathy.”
That same spirit quietly lives within the single, continuous line of our logo, designed by Sawako Koyama of punto a punto.
