富士山と駿河湾が向かい合う大瀬崎。その海で約２千人の方々に「初めての海」を届けてきた男がいます。ネイチャーイン大瀬館マリンガイド・遠藤大樹（えんどう・ひろき）。
数日間の海の教室で、一人ひとりの不安を希望に変え、２千人の「できた！」という笑顔の瞬間を見つめてきました。海を教えるのではなく、海を好きになる時間をつくる。その包容力とユーモアが、遠藤ガイドの持ち味です。この秋、彼がいざなう海の物語が始まります。

At Osezaki, where Mt. Fuji meets the deep Suruga Bay, Hiroki Endo has guided more than 2,000 people to experience their “first sea.” To him, diving is not about technique — it’s about trust. He turns fear into laughter, tension into smiles, and teaches guests to fall in love with the ocean itself. A craftsman at heart, Endo also builds the benches and tables around the inn, shaping spaces where everyone can feel at peace. His warmth, humor, and deep respect for people make every dive a story of connection.
